or upper deck. This beautifully furnished home has two bedrooms and a
loft with one and a half baths. The house contains a complete laundry
room and is a smoke-free rental. House can accommodate up to a maximum
of six individuals. A satellite TV and VCR is provided. Everything you
could possibly need is in the house.
Accommodates 6 guests maximum
Beds: 1 king, 1 queen, 1 futon - all
complete with linens.
Amenities include: Air-conditioning,
charcoal grill, H/C outside 'after-swim' shower, washer/dryer, linens
included, dishwasher, telephone, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, water
purifier, dishes/utensils, pots & pans, hair dryer, satellite TV,
VCR, stereo, CD player.
Extras: Ceiling fans throughout home.
A community lighted boat dock with water and fish cleaning table;
boardwalk to beach, movies, games, beach chairs, coolers.

Pets are permitted upon owner approval
and require a $75 non-refundable pet fee.
